    HBL Communications is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. First off their staff is lucky they can even spell HBL. I have never spoken to people as rude as the staff they employ. Out of the dozen or so people I have spoken to from customer service to the tech support are terrible. To top it off every time you call their 800 # you get the answering service, which is actually more pleasant to deal with (not smarter, just more pleasant). I have opened dozens of service requests and have NEVER received a call back from a rep. I was unfortunate enough to get stuck with these numb skulls because they have an exclusive contract with my condo complex. Service is so bad that if I would have known about this ahead of time I would have never signed the lease to move in to this place. Even my complex and association has said they knew they made a huge mistake 1 month into the contract. WOW.

    To sum it up HBL Communications is a garbage company (literally, they collect our garbage) and do the complex alarm systems. My opinion is to stay a garbage company because that’s what they are GARBAGE.

    RUN FOR THE HILLS, MAKE SURE THEY DO NOT HAVE AN EXCLUSIVE CONTRACT WITH YOUR COMPLEX AND IF YOUR ASSOCIATION IS DISCUSSING SWITCHING TO THEM FIGHT IT WITH EVERYTHING YOU HAVE. YOU WONT REGRET IT. I PROMISE YOU.

    Couldn't agree more a bunch of Crooks!!!

    Hi,

    Our neighborhood was also locked into a longterm cable contract with HBL. Without getting into all of the details, I strongly encourage NO ONE to sign up with these thieves. Due to performance issues we have stopped paying on the contract and have gone back to using Comcast. HBL threatened a lawsuit, however, knowing they were in the wrong, never pursued it. A simple search on HBL's President and his former company, Grayhawk Development, is all you need to realize these folks are bad people.
