This is a fixed base wireless service that advertises up to 1 Mb. In actuality they very seldom got over about .6Mb. At one point they were averaging .3 Mb. I was paying $80/month for this service. Eventually they managed to tune me up to about .4 Mb and I asked them to put me on the cheaper 0.5Mb plan since they couldn't deliver. When there is a problem they do seem to fix outages but there is never any call back or followup. Its like shouting down a black hole.
