I live only a few miles away from the radio i connect to. The speed of the internet is great, at some times. Most of the times it is average or even poor. Online gaming such as Xbox, PS3, or computer games is almost impossible with the poor reliability of this internet. Games lag terribly to the point that it is constantly skipping around and nothing appears where it should be due to the lag. The only other ISPs available in my area are dial-ups and few satellite companies. The customer service of this ISP has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced in any business. If you call them, the employees typically have a grumpy attitude. They will randomly disconnect your internet without any notification or reasoning why. Then you call them and they say that you picked up a virus so they pulled your internet. Then they say it is not their responsibility to notify you when or why your internet is offline. Bottom line: Unreliable internet service and terrible customer service. Stay away from this ISP unless nothing else is available to you.
