Very easy setup, works great at my location
Some choppy voice calls on my Viatalk line but still usable.
Works well at home and around town.

I have had the Clear service for about 2 weeks now with a solid home signal(5 bars) and have been very pleased so far. I have tested the mobile service and it works even with a low signal inside my office building(medical center area). Have not needed Tech Support yet so cannot rate it. I moved from Uverse to Clear and the speed are a little slower but hardly noticeable. Latest speed test: Download Speed: 4728 kbps (591 KB/sec transfer rate) Upload Speed: 1051 kbps (131.4 KB/sec transfer rate)

Home net, mobile net, voip service all worked out of the box with no problems
Service is a little weather/season sensitive, but new towers are going up all the time
I pay less than I did for my old ISP, and get as much as twice the bandwidth - plus unlimited mobile!

Sales team was very helpful in understanding exactly what I was signing up for, and explained their bandwidth management in a simple and rational way. The service has been exactly as described, and the price has less than $5 in taxes/fees added to it - far less than my "traditional" phone line I relinquished when I got the VOIP from Clear.

No nuisance fees, and the service works. For about 25% less money per month than my previous DSL/Phone Line, I have VOIP w/free long distance to the US, unlimited network usage (provided I don't abuse it to hose the network) with speeds I've clocked at nearly TWICE my old DSL, and a USB mobile WiMax adapter for the laptop (which I had no analog for before).

Do I wish WiMax were available continuously across the US? Yes, but it isn't yet. However, for the way I use this, it's a no-brainer: the best deal I could have hoped for. And as Clear continues to roll out new towers, coverage both here and elsewhere is getting better and better.
