Good "Convenient and cheapest option for high speed in rural areas compared to satellite"
- Location: Kell,Marion,IL
- Cost: $45 per month
- Install: about 3 days
Bad "Service is flaky Tech support is not 24/7 $300 install fee"
Overall "best choice price-wise for rural subscribers but be prepared for slow speeds due to over saturated lines during peak hours."

Value for money:
We considered going to satellite but the price is 80$ a month versus $45 a month.
there are 2 speed packages 1 for $35 368/368 up and down
and the other for $45 768/768 up and down
The order and install process was seamless, they send out a tech to do a signal check, they charge a non refundable fee of $50 to do this, and apply it to your first bill if service is installed, they charge $300 for the install which i think is VERY high since we do not get to keep the equipment and that it takes less than an hour to install. it takes roughly 3 to 5 days to be up and running.
I'am not sure what brand of wireless radio that they use i didn't see a name on it from the ground.
The good points is 768kbps up and down is a great speed for $45 a month When it works.
The downfalls are NO tech support past 6:00pm Mon-Fri, Saturday 5pm and NOTHING on Sunday, and thees are the times that the service starts to get flaky
If you have the money to spend on Satellite it would be less trouble since you are not sharing a connection with 30 other people on the same node (which is saturated)
