Had them for 15 out of 36 months on Windows contract, then they "upgraded" the service which meant the services I needed were lost. Tech support tried, but couldn't help. Had to cancel. Similar to my experience at startup: E.g.,. setup email account, then suddenly stopped getting emails. Mailbox was full, but there was no published documentation for this. I've repressed other policy glitches. There are better options. I now use arvixe.com for windows and vanilla linux, and they're great.
