I have used sound internet at my residence for nearly two years as a home grown business. Now we are in an office, with four employees, a website, network and DSL connections. They have helped us grow, that's the fact.

We rely on their knowledge to help us make good technology decisions and get value for our limited dollars.

I've been trying for months to get a cable modem installed in my new townhouse here in Fridley. After 6 months of trying to get Time Warner to install it, I decided to go the DSL route.

In looking at the ISP's I wanted to choose one that wasn't a mega corporation. Corporations only view their customers as numbers, so I looked for a local ISP. Being in the computer industry, I know that local ISP's work 10 times harder to get and keep your business.

Sound Internet has many attractive features, like a static IP. Along with that static IP, they'll let you host a server without any extra fee. Where are you going to find that without paying a business rate? If I want, I can get a dial up number as well, without an extra fee.

I'm all about supporting local businesses and especially hard working computer folk. After all, I'm one of them.

Keep up the good work, and don't let the users like Ron get to you.

I have been a customer of Sound Internet for almost 6 months. After my
migration to MSN before this, and the 3 months it took me to change to
Sound Internet, I had the worst customer service support I have ever
had. For those 3 months, I just about lived on the phone with MSN and
their tech support.

However, since my new connection with Sound Internet in February, I can
not say anything against Sound Internet. Right from the beginning I had
problems getting connected, but with Sound Internet's Tech help, it came
down to a problem with Qwest. Sound Internet contacted Qwest with me on
the line, explained what was happening, and worked with Qwest all the
while I was still on the phone, in on the conversation. Not put on hold
wondering what was being said behind my back.

When Sound Internets' tech hung up with Qwest, he finished what needed
to be done to complete the process, and had me up and running. There was
no buck passing with Sound Internet. The tech took care of the
situation, and made sure everything was working BEFORE they hung up with
me.

I have called back with questions occasionally, and have been given
straight forward answers.

Sound Internet takes care of business, and their customers. I have yet
to have my service down for any reason.

If anyone is looking for a good, reliable ISP that they can count on,
day in and day out, this is the company to choose. You won't be
disappointed.

Five Stars all the way!

Eagan - Dakota County, Minnesota

In our great state of Minnesota (where absolutely nothing is allowed) Sound
Internet has made it possible for people to choose its own internet
provider. Qwest tried to migrate ALL its accounts to MSN and was thanks to
Sound Internet and Eric Osterberg specifically that Qwest and MSN had to
tell people that they did not have to migrate to MSN, that they could
select any other ISP they wanted.

Thank you Sound Internet for helping the Internet users in Minnesota.

Sincerely

A happy customer.

My Qwest 640/256 connection has been good for 3 months. I received a USPS statement from SCC the 1st month and heard nothing from them for 3 months. At sign up i said i did not need their email or web space. They did not record my contact number but assumed they could call on my DSL line phone. Which they could not (it was bridged with 2 other households by Qwest). Not everybody connects a phone to their DSL line. SCC shut my service down with no warning of any kind. I do pay my bills. After talking to the owner of SCC i gave him a credit card number on 5/8/02 to clear it up and get connected. He DID not bother to run it through so my service was shut down again today on 5/9/02! It must be a job to run a credit card though to get paid. Be careful, this ISP likes power plays and are not responsible for their business operation. They offer no apology and you are on your own with this ISP.

I have been with sound internet for just over a year now. Their Customer Service and Tech Support is unmatched. When I first signed on with them for my new DSL line, one of their tech support people spent 2-1/2 hours on the phone with me trying to figure out why Qwest said my connection was up but I wasn't getting access. When we finally decided that it wasn't my setup or Sound Internet, THEY contacted Qwest for me and got everything straightened out the next day...(it was a problem at Qwest's end) Installation was a breeze, Reliablity is virtually perfect, service and tech support is great and value is high considering their service quality. Highly recommended, 5

stars across the board!

I have been a Sound Internet customer since 1997 and I can't put into words how happy I've have been with them. I have personally utilized their DSL, ISDN and web hosting services. I also own a computer and Internet service company where we setup people with ISP's and help others with their computer and Internet problems. Over the years we have worked with a number of ISP's in the Twin Cities and I can honestly say that Sound Internet's DSL performance has always outpaced their competition.

The technicians at Sound Internet appear to really know what they are doing and are always available whenever I have a question. Several of our customers have had terrible experiences working with Qwest/MSN. At least MSN users have Sound Internet as a bright light at the end of the DSL tunnel.

Among the most responsive of all the companies with which we do business. We've been with them for three years. They've grown as have we... but they always remain a few steps ahead of us in terms of technology and knowledge.

After a terrible bout with Qwest and MSN, I accidentally stumbled on Sound Internet. Their staff especially Josh, treated me like a friend.

Every promise was kept, every step of the way I was informed.

They really know how to take care of customers.

I wish I could tell the world! As horrible as my experience was previously, this was good!

Pick them! You won't be sorry!
