Pre sales was fantastic, giving me an unbeatable price and tons of info. Coordination of installation was sloppy; inaccurate install dates caused me to needlessly take two days off from work. Techs seemed unwilling to help when resolving installation issues, however, after reaching a manager at PSN, support cleaned up with a snap. It looks like they're turning around, and since my installation interaction with PSN has been A+.
I got this:
200k sdsl (to be increased to 784k after a month trial period - I want to make sure everything's good!)
3 static IPs, bridged (arg - I'd prefer routed, but heh.)
Netopia 7100 bridge/router. Neat item - it even has a v.35 interface on it.
Comes out to $135 a month for 200k, and it should be about $190 a month for 784k.
Overall a bad installation experience, and so far a wonderful use experience.
