The order and installation process was a breeze. My representative was helpful and kept me informed via email at all times. The Bell Atlantic installers that showed up the first day didn't find a spare copper pair in my building. The next BA installers showed up and found a bunch of pairs and had the connection up within minutes. Today, 2 days later, Covad installed the modem and DSL is up and running!
Thanks to Sharon and the crew at BrainLink for making this install run smoothly.

These guys do great work. They stayed on top of Bell Atlantic and went to extra ordinary steps to get our dsl line up and running. I highly recommend them.

I'd like to begin this review by stating that my firm is in the final
process of having DSL service installed. As such I cant say how fast or
reliable it is, however it can't be worse than Erols, ( our current
provider) What I can say is that Brainlink has made every effort to make
the change smooth and painless. In this they have been hampered by Bell
Atlantic. Forced to allow competition by the government Bell has done
everything and anything to eliminate competition. Up to and including
soliciting me to "Eliminate the middleman"and lying to both Brainlinkand
myself. I however decided to stick with Brainlink. The staff there is
knowledgeable ,courteous and conscientious. Bell could learn a thing or two
about how to make a customer happy from the folks at Brainlink. If you want
to get DSL service and are in the NYC area I would recommend that you go
with this company.
