Outstanding service. Installation (April 2001) ahead of schedule, worked
perfectly the first time. No outages so far.

I've been an A-Link customer for over 5 years, first with ISDN and now with DSL. The only time the service went down was when the gardner cut the phone wire by mistake. They called to let me know within 5 minutes. They offer excellent customer support - even helped me configure new computers. I have 384 kbps service (the fastest I can get in my neighborhood) and web hosting. We have 3 computers on the network. We work out of our house (not an office building).
