I am editing my original post, I had made mention that I was having trouble even reaching this company for a quote, and I posted a review here out of frustration. Well they read my post and responded very quickly, answering my questions in less than 10 miuntes via email.
All companies have trouble from time to time especially durning periods of growth or upgrade, and it is the companies like Isomedia who when they realise they missed sombody in the chaos and strive imediatly work to correct the issue that are the good companies.
The effort they put to help me when they realised they missed me really changed my opinion of them.
It is unfortunate in the end that they cannot provide service to my home. I would have liked to rate the other elements about them. I in particular would like to have a provider that cares so much.
Thank you Isomedia

All I can say is WOW!!! I have had DSL for going on 4 years now and I have NEVER dealt with a group of people so eager to help and willing to work with you. I had odd requirements in that I work from home, so dependability is a must (as with most people). In addition to that, I need a clean efficient connection for gaming (we all have our vices).
I was with lightrealm.net. And after 2 months of them solving their problems by turning off the router and turning it back on, I had had enough. Not only was their tech support and root cause analysis weak and uninspired, their routing was rediculous. I have a server that is 7 miles from my house in Bellevue. Before my packets made it to my server, they went down to San Jose, CA before they went to my server. I started to experience terrible latency of over 300ms.
To avoid a repeat of this poor connectivity and down right retarded level of customer service and tech support, I interviewed my potential ISP's to satisfy all the issues that I had been experiencing. Bill was comfortable to talk to and performed a trace route from their connection to my server so I could see how many hops were there and be sure that they routed through the Westin (in seattle) rather than San Jose. Their routing was effecient and my average ping to my server is now between 40 and 70ms consistently.
Bravo to the crew at ISOMEDIA and here's a gold star to pin on your cube wall Bill, GREAT JOB and thank you!!!

"If you are looking for a reasonably priced, high quality, support oriented INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER with or without ADSL in the 'Puget Sound' area of Washington State... this should be your "ISP' of choice!"
I have had the good fortune of having Isomedia as my ISP for several years, with absolutely the highest degree of quality/access/service of any provider I have had the experience to use!
I am a Web Developer/Designer and Isomedia is not only my DSL/ISP, but provides Web Hosting Service for all of my 'web' clients (15) sites. I have only had 'down' time when "iso" had to perform upgrades, which has not really ever interrupted my or my clients website access!
I can not recommend thier "SERVICE" highly enough, always "UP", excellent "SUPPORT" and "KNOWLEDGEABLE" staff, not to mention VERY friendly.

Isomedia is sone of the best services that I have ever used. My only problems have been with the GTE (now Verizon) connection, and Isomedia tech support helped in identifying the problems. I love them.

Isomedia through Verizon DSL has been rock solid since installation. Technical support was very knowledgeable and helpful for transferring our DNS addresses from our previous ISP. The reviews here sold me on selecting Isomedia as our new ISP. Our quoted speed of 384/384 is right on. We required 6 static ip's for our servers, no problem at all. Overall they have been a great ISP for our business. Review written by: The Network Administrator for an Engineering Firm in Bellevue, WA.

Been an Isomedia customer for almost 7 years - first 4 years were dialup, and I've had DSL for the past 2.5 years. They've been consistently professional, and setup was always painless. Tech support has always been well-informed and polite, even on the few occasions I was angry at Verizon and throwing temper tantrums Good uptimes, strong and steady throughput. I've got the 764/128 Bronze package, which handles online games (Q3, EQ, UT, CS, etc) very well. Isomedia has been great since they hooked me up, and I fully recommend them to anyone who's shopping around.

I've been an Isomedial dial-up customer for many years and a DSL customer for just over 1 year. They have been great. I'm a techno-idiot and they have even been able to help me make everything work just great. I run an association for small businesses and Isomedia also hosts our web page. Again, flawless service. The thousands of small businesses that rely on our web page for information and assistance have never been let down by Isomedia. I am pleased to recommend Isomedia's DSL service and other services without reservation.

Have been an Isomedia customer for over five years. Have had DSL for over a year and a half. I have found them to be very responsive and easy to work with. While they do not offer 24/7 tech support they do offer excellent and timely support during reasonable business hours. Call holds are very short (as compared to my experience assisting others with their ISPs) and their people have been very knowledgable and very courteous. When service problems have occured they moved very quickly to resolve the problem and provided standard dial-up service in the interim.
I have found Isomedia very easy to work with and very helpful at all times. I recommend them to anyone I encounter who is having difficulties with their ISP.

I am a MCSE working primarily for small businesses and sophisticated home users. I have tried many vendors for DSL, and IsoMedia has literally never caused me or my clients to complain. In two years, there has maybe been a total of 12 hours of downtime - maybe not even that.
IsoMedia staff have always been very polite, thoroughly knowledgeable, and in many cases done the troubleshooting work that the Telco should have done.
I use the "Bronze Plus" 768/128 offering, but have installed clients with a variety of speeds. All clients have literally been more than 100% satisfied. All installations have been static IPs - and there has NEVER been an installation delay due to error by IsoMedia.
In 25 years in the computer business, IsoMedia has probably been the most reliable, consistent, and courteous vendor I've worked with. I am pleased to be able to pass on this high recommendation - they have earned it!

Isomedia is the best ISP in the area - Bar none. Whether you have cheap straight forward needs or complex custom needs - These are your guys. I have been a customer of theirs for about 5 years now and have always found them to be extremely helpful and willing implement custom services, and to offer rock-solid highly available services. Their turn around on service requests is lightning quick and their network engineers are extremely competent.
