Hello, I have been with Premier1 from 1994 to now. Over all they have been an excellent provider. There where about two short periods where they went through some growing pains, but this was before they started DSL. They targeted the more experienced user for there service when I first signed up with them. I do not know how well they handle the inexperienced user now. I believe they do not provide DSL to the consumer now. I think they provide the service to other ISPs now. I give them two thumbs up.
