I have been a T-Net user since late 1996. I worked for several years
doing medical journalism and transcription. Having a stable connection
was critical to my work, since I worked at home. I can think of only 2
times in the last 3-4 years that I have gotten a busy signal or had any
problems connecting. In both cases, their tech support staff was
already aware of the problem and working on it and promptly answered my
call. Most of my friends/relatives are connecting at 50k or higher
speeds. They have 800 support numbers and a lot of patience. I would
give T-Net a great rating and recommend them.

Try Charter? How would you like to be able to download your information to do your job at 256 or 768 instead of 50. Don't you think you would get your work done faster? Give it a try and if you don't like it what have you got to loss but speed.

A little biased?I am also speaking as a past T-net user. The service was terrible. Busy signals like crazy, slow connect speeds, poor technology, etc. I would definately recommend not using them for DSL. Chose another ISP or get a cable modem! And Sara, did you post this on company time? =P
