I've had a great experience with this ISP. They've been helpful and courteous whenever I've had questions and tried to solve them right off teh bat. It is easy to talk to someone with technical competence when I call in. Speed: 256/64 GTE's install was tough but the ISP end was great... they just gave me the IP address etc and have been helpful when I've had problems. Equipment: Modem is great (orckit?) but the NIC was broken when I got it. Pretty much what I expected. Static address... made install simpler. Speed is pretty good. Tech support is good to great.
