I ordered my dsl at the beginning of december. 21 days later I was up and running. I had absolutely no problems at all with appointments or the install. When inside wiring tech came modem synced up right away. I have not been down since I go it, but I have had slow downs for a little while but by slow I mean 500kpbs. I have a consistent 800-900kbps download speed not to mention im only 6000ft away from the CO. I guess im one of the lucky ones with telocity. I would recommend them to anybody based on my experiences with them.
