GTE was the problem. They first told me that I could NOT get DSL and Datawave told me that they say this to most of their customers and that I should just try until the say yes. After three (3) more tries they said I could get it. GTE then moved the install date back on me two (2) times but after it was installed I'm very happy with it. Datawave is a big part of why I am so happy.
