i've had a connection thru them for a couple months now and i really have no room to complain. the link's been pretty solid, i can play counterstrike without too much lag and the price is comparable to dsl. i've got 1.7 down and 128 up [300 up would be nicer], dhcp and their wireless gear is mounted to my chimney using a power over ethernet rig. i've only had to call them once when there was a small outage but that didn't last for more than five minutes. like i said, i can't complain.
