They screwed up our office install by not following our directions.
When the DSL went down, I was able to get ahold of someone, but never got a return call to update the status. They didn't respond to my emails, they didn't return my calls.
When I finally was able to get ahold of tech support again (three days later), they hadn't even touched the issue and, when pressed for a timeframe on getting it up again, said "I'll say whatever you want to hear". That's NOT want I wanted to hear.
To their credit, downtime has been fairly minimal. But the tech support is WEAK.
