We recently installed the IDSL 144K in my office. It was very
professionally installed compared to when we had our BellSouth ADSL line
installed in December of 98. We had a slight problem with getting
different ports to route to different servers but BTI technical support
was very responsive in helping us walk through the problem. Although the
line has only been installed for 1 month, we have had NO downtime.
This is a truly great product backed by superior customer service.

We needed a broadband connection for our business. Several other companies came out and made promises, but only BTI delivered. In a few short weeks we had a 288K bonded DSL line installed and running. Previously, we were running on @Home's cable service and, upon switching to BTI, we were met with vastly improved security, dedicated bandwidth (no sacrifices during peak usage hours), and unusually warm and personal attention. We've been up and running for a couple months now and have seen no decline or fluctuation in service or support. I highly recommend BTI's DSL service to anyone looking to enter the realm of broadband. Thumbs up.

Recently I just purchased dual (288K) DSL lines from BTI communications
based in Raleigh, NC. The customer service level was beyond my expectations
and my lines have not been down once.
At first I was sceptical about DSL lines, but after this install -- I am
more than happy. I run a web design training center called Interactive
Fun!, LLC in Charlotte, NC and it needs a constant internet connection for
my students. This connection supports large downloads of multimedia files
and streaming media.
BTI has provided a service that is really top notch. I had to get my router
updated to support my new server, and they made the change over the phone
in no time. Again, I was astounded.
I would recommend BTI DSL Lynx service to any of my business associates,
friends and family.
In an industry where everyone is trying to make a quick buck and letting
the consumer suffer... BTI has really changed my view of the business and
DSL technology.

We have had good service from our salesperson. He has been very responsive
to our needs. We have had a bit of trouble with the DSL line itself. On one
occasion it took several hours to resolve the problem and get us back
online. Since most of our business is developing web applications, we did
have some downtime. Overall we are pleased, but we could do without the
interruption in service and inconvenience.

If ADSL is not available, then this is a terrific alternative to a normal dialup of any type. I love the always on feature! The nice thing about BTI's package is that it includes the modem/line installation/line monthly charge/and ISP. Other services charge extra for some or all of these.

This is to inform anyone that is interested that I have DSL
service provided to me by BTI Telecommunications and I love it.
It was installed approximately 2 months ago and I have had no
problems since we initially installed it.
Since it is a relatively new service, I am sure there are growing
pains everywhere, but I am pleased to say that BTI has never
failed me
so far at any time for any reason.

As soon as BTI offered the opportunity to have twice
the bandwidth for $35.-more, I upgraded from IDSL to
BTIs bonded DSL. Upgrade took less time than expected
and performance has been outstanding. BTIs technical
support is really good. Sending large files and
opening attachments has never been this easy. This
line is a real screamer.
