    We are a software company that sends many program fixes as attachments
    using email. Now they just blip blip by, instead of wait wait when we
    were connected via a modem to an ISP.

    144k to 288k 'Bonded' offerings. Both were much better than any dial up product. Signed on for 24 months. Install was painless, tech was very helpful.

    Computer store (Jano) helped me purchase the correct nic card, explained the install process and set expectations. Overall --a good experience...

    I have had DSL service through BTI communications for about 2 weeks and
    I love it. We are on a network and the techs made certain that
    everything was working before they left. Other companies wanted to
    instal the line but offered no additional support. I'm not that
    technically savvy all I know is when I turn on the computer I'm on the
    web.
    I definitely give them two thumbs up!

    I run a local computer store in Wilmington, NC named PC Upgraders. I
    would like to express my complete satisfaction with BTI's DSL service.
    There was about a thirty day wait period for install but that was due to
    the local phone company (Bell South) having to install something on our
    lines to make them capable of DSL. BTI's install technician was here 3
    days after Bellsouth got there part done (3.5wk wait). He was friendly,
    quick and to the point. Very good attributes when your trying to do
    business while he's working.

    We have had the service about a month now, and must say it has been all
    we have hoped for. No down time so far, and consistent speeds.

    I would highly recommend anyone in the BTI service area to strongly
    consider them for their high speed internet access.

    I recently had DSL hooked up by BTI in Raleigh, NC. From the date of order they installed my DSL within 3 weeks. The technician who came out was very helpful in explaining DSL when they came here and they set up all PC's so that they operate correctly.
    The DSL has really made our internet applications run quicker.
    They called twice to make sure everything was running smoothly and that we were happy.
    I give them very positive reviews.

    I called up BTI, who has been our long distance carrier for the past three
    years, and spoke to Alan Green, their Sales Rep. He patiently answered all
    my questions, promply returned my calls and was helpful and knowledgeable.
    I ordered DSL for two computers in my office. Their technician, Jason Reed,
    arrived on the scheduled day and was mannerly, well groomed and well
    trained. We ran into some configuration problems with the Ethernet cards I
    had purchased, so Jason called BTI's Network Administrator, Eric Restor, who
    stayed on the phone with us for as long as it took to straighten out the
    configurations. Eric is an excellent trouble shooter with vast experience,
    and he stayed on the speaker phone for hours and never let us down. The
    registry had to be changed on one computer, and Eric called Joel. Over the
    phone Joel guided us through deleting some problem files in my registry, a
    very delicate operation, and he did it perfectly. DSL is now working
    wonderfully fast on both computers and I was so pleased with the product,
    the pricing, and the expert technicians that BTI supplied, that I wrote
    letters of recommendation to their supervisors, applauding their technicians
    in every area. I would highly recommend BTI for DSL. Also, we have been so
    happy with their long distance service that over the years we tore up $250
    worth of AT&T's checks because we wouldn't "switch." We are loyal and
    delighted customers of BTI. Try them. You'll like them.

    On January 31,I placed my order for IDSL through BTI Telecom and was told that it would take 45 days until my circuit was installed, turned-on and tested. By 9:00 AM on February 25,I was surfing the 'Net with my new IDSL line. I am extremely pleased with the speed and quality of my service and have recommended BTI and my sales representative, Kent Lieske, to several of my friends and family. After reading the reviews of other providers in DSLReports, I feel lucky to have my service with a company concerned with exceeding their customer's expectations.

    I can't say enough about my DSL service from BTI. My response time is almost instantaneous. My wife raves about it as she rarely would log on using the dial up access due to the time it took to download information. I was a little intimidated setting up the service but used BTI's help desk to walk me through the process. Please e-mail me with the formal survey.
