After having moved far out into the boondocks, when I went looking for high-
speed internet access, I found my choices limited. BTI strung me along with
promises of IDSL for a while, but failed to deliver, so I signed on as an ISDN
customer with RTMX. Even though ISDN doesn't deliver much speed for the
money (once you count the additional line costs from the telco), I am delighted
with how well-run an ISP I have in RTMX. The ISP account was set up
before my ISDN router arrived in the mail, and RTMX tech support
walked me through the setup quickly and accurately. I was online within
1 day of receiving the router. On the rare occasions when anything's
gone wrong, RTMX tech support has been friendly, courteous, and competent
in resolving the issues. In 18 months, only 1 small problem has been due to
RTMX, about 3 due to Sprint problems (my telco), and a couple of user
errors. 
This is my 5th or 6th ISP experience, having been online since '82, and
overall I highly recommend RTMX.
