Estreet is leaps and bounds above the competition (MSN). A service call
immediatley gets you a Level 1 tech. There's only a few people, so you
actually get to know their name, and they have awesome customer service
skills. Very personable. There's no pressure to get the problem solved
quickly, so they can hang up.
The prices, while marginally more than the competition, are worth every
penny since you get support right away from someone who knows what they're
doing. They support and help configure networking with Linux to boot!!
On a scale of 1 to 10, they'd get a 9.5
I'll be moving, and pray that I'll be able to keep them as my ISP.

We are using the US West MegaBit service through E Street Communications. Their service and support has been wonderful. We are using the Cisco external 675 DSL router with a 256K connection. Well worth the money!
