Click on “Try again.” This should connect you. (This is a known error using some versions of IE.)

Upgrading to IE 5.01 (Service Pack 1) or higher will permanently get rid of this problem.

For versions previous to IE5.01:
Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> select "Microsoft Internet Explorer" -> Add/Remove button -> Repair Internet Explorer -> OK. This will only be a short term solution until you upgrade.
