Bell Canada is constantly expanding service to new areas and upgrading areas with existing service for increased speeds and subscriber capacity. Unfortunately, there is no specific schedule of upgrades available to the public. Even business customers cannot know for certain when or where upgrades may occur. This is likely because Bell wishes to keep upgrade plans a secret from their cable competitors.
If somebody from Bell or Sympatico does give you an estimated upgrade date, it's only a guess.
