A cap is a bandwidth (speed) limit placed on the download portion of the DSL service. The upload rate is fixed to either 128kb (CO based installs), 160kb (RT installs), 250kb (Deluxe Service) or 384kb (Expert Service) and are never capped. Download caps are as follows: 192, 384, 768, 1536 and 6000. Technically they are 192-384, 384-1536, 384-768, 384, 192 interleaved, 384 interleaved, 1536-6044 | ||||
