I cannot get to some websites! (AKA 70.240.. and 70.241.. issue)

If your IP address starts with 70.240 or 70.241, you may have issues getting to some web sites due to providers not allowing this range. This is because these IP ranges are brand new and have yet to be recognized by some smaller providers.
