The secret to using ImageReady is learning how to use the frames palette (usually located at the bottom of the screen) in conjuction with the layers palette. To learn how to do this, it is best to start simple: do this simple beginning tutorial in PhotoShop by CyberRage to learn how to make a ball: /forum/remark,3969445~root=avatar~mode=flat and then, for your first animation in ImageReady, you can follow this tutorial link at the top of the Avatar/Graphics Forum and make that ball move: /forum/remark,4049657~root=avatar~mode=flat After you have mastered this simple tutorial, you will be able to go on to doing animations a little bit more involved; and remember, the best way to learn is by asking questions of those who have gone before you. The artists in the Avatar/Graphics Forum are there to help; not just with doing graphics for those who request them, but also to teach those who are willing to learn the applications they use. There are many tutorials on Photoshop, and there will be more forthcoming on ImageReady; in the meantime, use these beginner tutorials, and ask questions of the artists already in the forum.
