Why is the Thread Locked? (#10680)
The decision to lock a thread is not treated lightly by moderators and the reasoning is NOT OPEN FOR DISCUSSION. It's usually pretty obvious if you've read the forum guidelines. The Original Member posting the Deal can request the Thread be locked when the Deal is over or the terms/conditions have changed.
