How do I collect statistics from my Cayman for further analysis?

You can use an free application called ADSL Monitor to collect statistics. The download page is located at: »home.swbell.net/trifidrd/index.html

The windows based application produce output files that can be used in Excel, Lotus 123 or Star Office to help understand the problems in ADSL lines.
