To add a link (URL) to your sig, the syntax would be:

<a href="http://www.dslreports.com">DSL Reports</a>

Only a couple of HTML tags are allowed in sigs, such as bold or underline. Strike through, for instance, is not allowed.
A link with a question mark in it will not work on the site.
