We get this question a lot, especially because Comcast does have an invisible cap that people don't know about until they've had their service terminated for it. While it's rare to happen to a cable customer, it does not happen to DSL customers.

This FAQ is outdated. AT&T DSL caps begin on May 2, 2011, although I believe they are illegal and will be reversed by court action.
