I've been to many a sandwich shop, both in Chicagoland, and locally. I had lunch at Quiznos yesterday, full sized sandwich, bag of chips, bowl of Chili... over eleven bucks! I can go to Longhorns and get a good steak for that money!

I'll stick to Baldinos (2 blocks N of 285 on Buford Highway). They claim "Jersey subs", and, if the claim is true....Jersey seems more inviting. I've never been dissatisfied, from boiled ham and cheese, to the signature "Italian Battalion", to the not listed (and my favorite), pastrami and mustard.
