My modem keeps losing sync, how do I fix it? (#11653)
Most likely there is static/noise on your line. Make sure you've installed filters on every phone jack that is being used. Devices that need filters include phones, alarm systems, TV systems (ones that use a phone jack to dial PPV). Another solution may be installing a splitter at the MPOE.
