BellSouth does not have any official download caps. There is a clause in the BellSouth Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) discussing excessive use and BellSouth does have the capability to monitor customers traffic. However no known customers have ever been randomly terminated under this AUP provision. On the other hand, if you are using an automated webbot that runs multiple connections at full speed for days on end you will get their attention.
