I use this box as a Time Warner customer. Today, the box just froze! Called Time Warner, etc etc etc....Note that this box does not have a rest button! Its garbage!

All these graphics links seem to be unavailable. Not just this entry but seems to be at least all of the "Scientific Atlanta hardware" stuff. Makes the FAQ completely useless.
