There are two ways to do this:

1. Set the cache size to zero.

OR...

2.Type about:config in the url bar and hit enter.

Move down to browser.cache.check_doc_frequency

Change the value to any of the ones listed below.

0 = Once per session
1 = Each time
2 = Never
3 = When appropriate/automatically
