Where does dsl dial? (#1216)
It doesn’t dial any number, the DSL connection is Ethernet based. The MS Windows Dial-up Networking software is used to make the Ethernet connection with the CO but it does not "dial" a telephone number on the telephone line that your DSL signal is riding on.
