Verify the DVG MAC address and ensure that programmed value matches the sticker value on the base of the DVG ATA. If this is not the case, you may not be able to create a TBB Web Portal account and will have to contact Primus Technical support.

Once the MAC address has been verified, sign into the Primus TBB WebPortal and register your account.

•Note that the MyTBB Portal password is distinct from the VoiceMail password. It is recommended that these passwords be different.

•Furthermore, the MyTBB Portal password is also used to login to Remote Phone Local Access.

The non-matching MAC address issue is related to DLINK not putting the correct sticker on the DVG1120M that matches the MAC value in eprom/flash within the DVG.
