This is normal with TBB which has a call limit safeguard which is currently set to three (3) hours. Just dial again (although there are better ways of spending time than on the telephone ;-)
Most Telecom systems have time limit safeguards to ensure that calls are not left "hanging" over long periods of time. Calls are left hanging when a phone is accidentally left off-hook, or a software or system error leaves the call in an indeterminate state. The time limit safeguard is intended to resolve these erroneous situations.
However, sometimes, a live call may also be interrupted. This is minimized by setting a time limit that is generally much above the average time of the majority of phone calls - three (3) hours in the case of TBB.
