Ensure that the programmed MAC address is the same as the sticker on the bottom of the DVG ATA's casing. An invalid or erroneous programmed MAC address will not permit your TBB account to be activated (no VoIP service):

    Login to the DVG ATA.

•The programmed MAC address can be found on the second line of the Advanced Menu - Device Information screen.

If the programmed MAC address does not match the sticker info, you should report the discrepancy to Primus TBB Technical Support.

They will program the correct MAC address on the Primus server(s) and the DVG, but this may take a few days (3-5) before your service is activated. In some instances, Primus may determine that they need to ship you a new DVG ATA, which again can take from 3-7 days.

NOTE: MAC address issues are related to DLINK not putting the correct sticker on the DVG-1120M base (underneath), that matches the MAC value in eprom/flash within the DVG ATA.
