With RemotePhone disabled, the MyTBB Portal Phone Control (Call Control or VOISS ASSISTANT) works in conjunction with the TBB handset & Directory TAB:

•Disable RemotePhone
•Enable Call Control or VOISS ASSISTANT
•Select the DIRECTORY TAB.
•Place your mouse/cursor over the Directory Entry you want to dial.
•Now pick up your TBB Handset. You should get regular DialTone.
•Quickly click on the Directory Entry you want to "dial".

NOTE: You may want to prefix the selected number with star codes (*67, etc), or with a "1" or "011". In this case, dial these digits from the TBB line BEFORE clicking on the Directory Entry in this Step.

•This pops up the applicable phone control box/dialpad.
•The number is dialed automatically; you will hear ringing.
