(Assuming you have the Ultimate or Unlimited Bundle and want the other features - VM is only provided with the Basic Bundle if you pay extra for it.) There is no setting to disable TBB VoiceMail. However you can delay the TBB VoiceMail to always let your answering machine pickup first as follows: •Set your answering machine to pickup after let's say 4 rings. •Now set TBB VoiceMail to pickup after TWO MORE rings than your machine - 6 in this case. If the answering machine is off (power outage etc) or your line/ISP is down, then TBB VoiceMail will answer the call (a convenient backup feature).
 got feedback?I would like to disconnect the TBB voice mail and use my answering machine. I have my answering machine set to 6 rings and the TBB voice maiil set at 99 rings. The only problem is if your phone is in in use and someone calls they are sent directly to the TBB voice mail. I find it inconvenient (and sometimes forget)to check the TBB voice mail.
