Power down your equipment (modem/router/pc/etc) for about 5 minutes or so and bring it back up.
If you have the capability to change the redial period setting on your router you should set it to 180 seconds or more.
Make sure you actually have a static IP still assigned to your account. You can confirm your account has static IP by checking here.
If you have tried the steps above and still do not have the correct static assignment, call the Help Desk at 888-321-2375.
