Why don't I have access to parental controls or spam blocking features of CHSSS? (#12962)
The features were added in version 5.5 of the suite most likely you are still running version 4.6 or 5.0. These features can be added by either calling the VAS team to replace your existing subscription keys(if you have activated them all), or by activating a new key and entering it into the suite. Entering a new subscription key: Open the main interface. click on advanced in the lower right corner. click the + next to "general" on the far left to expand this section. click on "My Security Subscription" on the left. click on "Change Number" on the right.
