No you cannot keep your email accounts after you cancel service, once you cancel service they are gone the second someone goes into the system and turns off your modem. A lot of older accounts that are not associated with a modem may still be active. However, as more and more areas get converted to the centralized provisioning system, this is going away. Also, there is a cleanup going, so eventually all these accouts will be cleaned up. Eventually.. 2 years? I would not doubt it. Each area is responsible for its clean up,and quite honestly, that is not the top priorty.
