Unless you know a local a field tech/engineer that can check there is no reliable online method to determine your distance to a DSLAM or CO. The estimates available online are simply derived from driving distance software and
can not be relied upon for qualification or accuracy and BellSouth does not endorse or contribute any distance estimations publicly.
Important Note: The BellSouth Internet Services Help Desk does not have access to the BellSouth loop measurements and therefore can not give them to individual customers.
Additional Note:The distance estimate only shows distance from a CO location only. If you are being served by a Remote DSLAM these estimates are
completely invalid. The majority of BellSouth customers are served by a Remote DSLAM. If your distance estimates shows past 18,000 feet yet you are still eligible for DSL you are probably served by a remote DSLAM.
