There is another way to review your IM history in a situation where someone does not appear on the list that is on the right side of your IM history page. You can go to the member's individual page by clicking on their name anywhere on the site, or using this URL if you know their member number: »/useremail/u/428142 and changing the URL in the page address to: »/instant/428142
