1. Close Firefox

2. Locate your Profile Folder and open it.

3. Delete these 4 files: extensions.rdf, extensions.ini, extensions.cache & xul.mfl

4. Close the Profile Folder and start Firefox.*

*Note* If any extension were force installed by using the Mr. Tech Local Install Extension you will need to open the Extension manager and right-click any disabled extensions and select "Make Compatible" from the right-click context menu.
