Got this tiny phone in Thailand after my razr dropped in the Gulf of Thailand. Came unlocked, works great on my Tmobile sim @1900 here in WA state. Sound quality while playing MP3's via a T flash card is awesome, lots of other features as well. Cost was 4000 bhat (around 80 bucks, including sim and 500 bhat refill card). Specs are here:
