However, 2Wire, Inc. has provided a number of officially sanctioned Technical Representatives from the 2Wire Customer Care department who will be helping out with questions related to 2Wire DSL hardware. These people have the latest knowledge and know-how to assist with your 2Wire equipment.

It is to 2Wire, Inc.ís credit that they have provided BBR users this means of problem resolution, and please feel free to leave kudos should they help you resolve an issue.
Please Note: As 2Wire, Inc. sells through service providers only, it is possible that certain upgrades and features not provided by those service providers will not be available to end users. Requests for special versions of software, updates and upgrades to enhanced features not offered by a specific service provider will not be answered.
Also, please keep all correspondence here in the public forums. DO NOT IM the techs unless they request you to do so. This keeps their IM boxes from filling and keeps the helpful information in the public view where it can be searched and used to answer future questions.
